Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all returns.

• Gift cards

• Clearance items

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges

• We only replace items for the same product if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@oldgrowthbeverages.com.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our team at info@oldgrowthbeverages.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method at your own expense, including the return authorization number.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
